1. Performance parameters
Flow rate (Q): the volume of liquid delivered per unit time (m³/h or L/min), which determines the processing capacity of the pump station.
Head (H): the vertical height (meters) to which the liquid is lifted, reflecting the pressure output capacity of the pump.
Power:
Input power: the electrical energy consumed by the motor (kW).
Output power: the energy actually obtained by the liquid, the ratio of the two determines the efficiency.
Efficiency: pump efficiency (hydraulic efficiency), motor efficiency and system overall efficiency, high energy efficiency reduces operating costs.
Speed: pump shaft speed (RPM), which affects flow, head and wear.
Pressure parameters:
Outlet pressure: the maximum working pressure must meet the system design requirements.
Potential suction head (NPSH): the minimum suction pressure to avoid cavitation, which affects the installation height of the pump.
2. Energy efficiency indicators
Energy efficiency level: such as IE3/IE4 motor standards, in line with international energy efficiency specifications.
Unit energy consumption: the power consumption per unit volume of liquid delivered (kWh/m³), which measures economic efficiency.
Power factor: motor power utilization rate, reducing reactive power loss.
3. Reliability index
MTBF (mean time between failures): reflects the stability of the equipment, the higher the value, the more reliable it is.
Maintenance cycle: lubrication, component replacement frequency, affecting operation and maintenance costs.
Design life: expected service life of key components (such as bearings, seals) (hours/year).
4. Control and automation
Frequency conversion speed regulation: adapt to flow/pressure changes, save energy and extend life.
Intelligent monitoring: real-time monitoring of sensors (temperature, vibration, pressure, etc.), supporting remote management.
Protection function: overload, overheating, phase loss, dry running protection to prevent equipment damage.
5. Environmental adaptability
Operating temperature range: ambient temperature and medium temperature limit for normal operation of the equipment.
Protection level (IP): dust and water resistance (such as IP67), suitable for humid/dusty environments.
Corrosion resistance: the ability of materials (such as stainless steel, engineering plastics) to cope with corrosive media.
Explosion-proof level: Ex certification, suitable for flammable and explosive environments.
6. Safety indicators
Insulation level: temperature resistance level of motor insulation material (such as F grade 155℃).
Leakage protection: mechanical seal/double seal design to prevent medium leakage.
Noise level: operating noise (dB), affecting the comfort of the working environment.
Vibration level: vibration amplitude (mm/s), exceeding the standard may indicate a fault.
7. Application-related indicators
Media type: compatibility with clean water, sewage, corrosive liquids or particulate matter.
Installation method: vertical/horizontal, submersible/dry installation, suitable for different scenarios.
Interface size: inlet and outlet flange/pipe diameter (such as DN50), matching system requirements.
Supplementary indicators
Certification standards: comply with ISO, GB, ANSI and other industry certifications to ensure quality.
System response time: the adjustment speed of automated control, affecting process stability.
Maintenance convenience: modular design for quick repair.
