1. Check before starting
1. Check whether the crankcase lubricating oil level is within the specified range of the oil dipstick. The oil level is not allowed to be too high or too low to ensure the normal operation and lubrication of the machine.
2. Check whether the fuel and cooling water are sufficient.
3. Check whether the battery electrolyte is sufficient and the power is sufficient.
4. Check whether the external parts are loose or damaged, and whether the belt tension meets the requirements.
5. Check whether the soft water tank valve is open.
6. Check whether the valve and pressure gauge leading to the boiler pipeline are normal.
2. Start operation
1. Insert the ignition switch key into the start switch, turn it to the start position, and let go after starting the car.
2. After the diesel engine is started, it should run at idle speed. After checking that the equipment is running normally, it can be loaded.
3. Observe that the pressure on the pressure gauge is within the specified range.
3. Shutdown operation
1. Before shutting down, the load should be unloaded and run at medium speed.
2. Gradually reduce the throttle and pull the decompression handle to the decompression position until the diesel engine is shut down.
IV. Maintenance
1. Maintenance every six months.
2. Maintenance content
(1) If the motor makes noise, replace the bearing and lubricating oil.
(2) If the mechanical seal leaks, replace the mechanical seal.
(3) If the pump makes noise, replace the impeller and remove the impeller scale and blockage.
(4) Tighten the anchor screws.
3. The above maintenance shall be maintained according to the "cross operation" requirements.
V. Precautions
1. When starting the diesel engine, the motor is not allowed to start for a long time. Each start shall not exceed 10s. When starting the motor continuously, the interval time should exceed 30s. If it fails to start for three consecutive times, the cause should be found out and the fault should be eliminated before starting.
2. It is forbidden to operate the diesel engine under load at a temperature below 40℃. The normal operating temperature of the diesel engine should be kept within the specified range of 90℃.
3. When the diesel engine is found to be overheated during operation, it is strictly forbidden to use cold water to rapidly inject the water tank or pour cold water on the internal combustion engine to force cooling. When the water tank cover needs to be opened, the operator should wear protective gloves and avoid the water tank cover to prevent burns.
4. Prevent the diesel engine from running out of control. If running out of control is found, decisive measures (cut off oil) should be taken to prevent major accidents.
5. For diesel engines stored for a long time (in summer), the battery should be removed and kept specially.
6. Various filter elements must be cleaned or replaced on time to ensure the cleanliness of fuel, lubricating oil and air. When working in harsh environments, the time for replacing filter elements should be appropriately shortened.
